Yes, this may look like a gourmet dinner from a very expensive vegetarian restaurant but in fact it is one of the many delicious meals that Jason cooks for me. This dinner was potimarron (http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Potimarron), which is basically pumpkin, mashed with potatos, red lentils and a few other veggies I can't remember at the moment with a side of asparagus, cabbage, and baguette with cheese, mmmmm - and so colorful!
